Service Description
ULTIMATE BEGINNERS ➢ Wearing your protective kit and roller skates for safety. ➢ How to fall safely ➢ How to get up safely ➢ Roller skating forwards and backwards. ➢ Balance ➢ How to stop. ➢ Changing direction, turning corners and avoiding obstacles. ➢ Basic dance sequence ➢ Stretches to prevent injuries ● Own skates are required and full protective kit must be worn at all times while skating ● A waiver must be signed before taking part in any activities. (Legal Guardians must sign for under 18s) ● Individuals under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult ● We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the premises for not showing respect and due care to others.
